How Does It Work?

  • Please coordinate with the team to get the topic finalized
  • Send us your outline first and get it approved
  • Send your final draft adhering to the guidelines we mentioned below
  • Do mail us a drive link with images for quality retention

Guidelines

1. Topic

  • Relevant to the target audience
  • Well-researched and original 
  • Has a decent search volume
  • Must be catchy

2. Content

  • Fresh & unique content
  • Must have relevant real-life examples and screenshots (plus takeaways!)
  • Suggest URL slug and meta description  
  • Long-form content with min 1500 word count
  • Well-formatted with necessary heading tags (H2, H3)
  • Ensure the images you send must have alt text content with the source 
  • The blog shouldn’t have lengthy sentences with block paragraphs 
  • Should follow a conversational tone 
  • Highlight Keyhole’s relevant functionality 
  • Avoid adding in the introduction unless quoting a fact or stats 
  • End your blog with an actionable CTA for Keyhole’s free trial
  • Should be grammatically correct and plagiarism-free
  • No consecutive external links in the same sentence or paragraph

3. Links

  • Not more than 3 non-promotional links to your blog page only(except listicles)
  • Site should have a min of DR 55
  • Ensure these links are relevant to the topic 
  • Links shouldn’t compromise the flow of the blog
  • Internal links to Keyhole website pages/posts whenever necessary
  • Make sure to link useful resources if required

What Do We Expect?

  • Please double-check every guideline before sending the final draft
  • The topics must be relevant to our target audience, i.e., marketing leaders, social media managers & brand managers, etc.
  • We don’t entertain affiliate links as we don’t encourage sales promotion/self-promotion affiliate links
  • Ensure to add actionable takeaways for the audience
  • Highly encourage you to pitch ‘how-to’ topics that are purely educational

  • You need to provide relevant images/GIFs/videos along with the content
  • Share a drive link with apt alt texts for the files
  • Avoid adding too many links
