We’re excited to announce that our Influencers view, previously only available to Enterprise clients, is now open to all Keyhole users. We’ve also added new information, like Total Exposure, not available previously!
Keyhole recently rolled out a new feature called Alerts. It’s a quick and simple tool added to our Keyhole analytics tool that allows you to increase precision while decreasing noise in your marketing. With Alerts, you can track keywords mentioned in all posts across Twitter and Instagram with filters that allows you to adjust: Frequency of Alerts, Level of Influence, and Volume of Conversation you want to track. Don’t worry – this isn’t yet another Predictions for 2014 post. We’re consolidating the 33,506 posts we’ve received so far and hope to send a summary in the next 2 weeks. Or by July 2015, latest.
In the meantime, thought we’d share 2 big updates: Custom Date Ranges & a more rewarding Referral Program.
